Self catering accommodation in the heart of the beautiful Exmoor National Park Liscombe Farm, in the heart of Exmoor, close to the famous Tarr Steps and the charming town of Dulverton, offers high quality self-catering accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing location. Get away from it all in one of our four individually furnished cottages set within a pretty courtyard only yards away from our traditional Somerset farm buildings. Warm and welcoming at any time of the year our cosy cottages combine all modern conveniences with a touch of traditional charm. In summer you can relax in your own cottage garden with nothing to disturb your peace but the twitter or birds or in the winter months you can cosy up to the woodburner in the bright and cheerful lounge/diner. All our self catering accommodation have central heating, woodburners, well-equipped kitchens with electric cooker, microwave, intergrated dishwasher, 'fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and complimented by Royal Worcester china. Our bright and comfortable lounge/dining rooms are warm and cosy at any time of the year and include flat screen T.V's, videos and DVD players, freeview, CD players, wifi and a payphone. Egyptian Cotten and Laura Ashley bed linen are provided in all cottages along with towels, bathmats, and kitchen towels There is Ample Parking Dogs are Welcome by arrangement Stabling is available for your horses with DIY livery and a paddock for grazing Play area with swings, slides, see saw. Large lawned area and lake and stunning views across the moors. All the self catering cottages have DVDS, wifi and freeview as well as CD players.

The farmhouse is a traditional 17th century Somerset farmhouse. Sleeping 9 it is our largest self catering accommodation and consists of 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (one ensuite). Downstairs in the farmhouse there is a spacious entrance hall with a shower/cloakroom as well as a well equipped and modern kitchen with an American fridge/freezer. The bright and airy living room/dining room has plenty of space to relax to unwind. Also on the ground floor is a children's TV room, small laundry room and two staircases. Upstairs, a family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (one shower en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There is also a large walled garden to the front.

Oak Cottage
Oak Cottage is a pretty cottage all on one level. Sleeping 6 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) this is a spacious and comfortable cottage with patio doors which open out onto its own garden with table and chairs. With a separate fully-fitted kitchen, with 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 single bedrooms and good sized family bathroom. Oak Cottage is all on one level.

Beech Cottage
Beech Cottage is a single storey cottage sleeping up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). A large and airy open plan kitchen/living room/dining room leads on to a hall way with 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite), 1 single bedroom and  a family bathroom with a bath. From the living room, there are patio doors which open up to a small patio area and a pretty private own garden with a table and chairs. Beech Cottage is all on one level.

Ash Cottage Ash Cottage sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. It has an entrance lobby with a cloakroom, a lounge/diner and a separate kitchen, leading on from the lounge, there is a few stairs up, which takes you to a spacious twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. Also leading on from the lounge, there is a few steps down, which takes you into another spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. Ash cottage also has a small and pretty garden.

Sycamore Cottage
Sycamore Cottage is a cosy and romantic self catering cottage built for 2! It has an entrance lobby with a cloak room, a lounge/dinner and a spacious, fully-fitted kitchen. Up stairs, you have a very large bathroom with a shower and a rolled top bath and there is a luxury bedroom which is really cosy with its four poster King Size bed and there is also a TV in the bedroom. Out side, Sycamore cottage has its own patio area with a table and chairs.
