Dogs are welcome, but by arrangement only. Water is from our own private spring supply, which is tested twice a year. There is ample car parking. Beds are made up for your arrival with freshly laundered sheets and duvets, towels, tea towels and kitchen cleaning materials are also included, together with fresh flowers. Cots, highchairs and stairgates free of charge. Baby-sitting can be arranged at nominal charge.
Terms and conditions
- In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non refundable but we will do our best to offer an alternative date, if available. If it is not possible to re-let the accommodatio, then you will also be liable to pay the balance due. We strongly advise you to take out Cancellation Insurance to cover this eventuality. We will send a Proposal Form with the reciept for your deposit.
- Children playing near our lake must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. The water level is deep so great care must be taken.
- The proprietor shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to property, vehicles, horses, or pets, etc, however caused.
- The accommodation is designed and equipped for family type holidays. It will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons stated on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.
- We shall do all that we can to ensure the accommodation is clean and comfortable for your arrival, and it will be appreciated if you could try to leave it as you found it.
- The proprietor reserves the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.
- Well behaved, fully house trained dogs are welcome but must not be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the cottage. Please do not let them foul the gardens or the car park.
- Visitors are liable for breakages and/or damage to the property.
- To allow time for the accommodation to be prepared for incoming guests, we ask you to vacate by 10.00am on the morning of departure, incoming guests are not expected to arrive before 3.30pm.
