Liscombe Farm Cottages are a small complex, in the heart of beautiful Exmoor National Park, made up of three beautifully furnished, pet friendly, self-catering cottages, set on a traditional working Somerset Farm. Just a stones throw away from Tarr Steps with its beautiful scenery and lovely inn, Liscombe Farm offers top quality self-catering accommodation in an exquisite, peaceful and relaxing location.

Warm and welcoming at any time of the year, our cosy cottages combine all modern conveniences with a touch of traditional charm. In summer you can relax in your own cottage garden with nothing to disturb your peace but the twitter of birds. In the winter months you can cosy up to the woodburner in the bright and cheerful sitting rooms. All bedrooms are furnished with Egyptian Cotton and Laura Ashley bed linen; towels, bathmats and kitchen towels are also provided.

Each of our self catering properties have central heating, wood burners, well-equipped kitchens with electric cooker, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and Royal Worcester china. Our bright and comfortable sitting and dining rooms are warm and cosy at all times of the year and include flat screen T.V’s, videos and DVD players, Freeview, CD players, wifi and a payphone.

WIFI
The farmhouse is a large, detached, spacious house perfect for a family getaway. The Farmhouse sleeps up to 9 people in bedrooms however can accommodate up to 11 people with a sofa bed down stairs. The sleeping arrangements are across 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one twin room and a single bedroom. There is a second family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. The house has 2 staircases for each end of house.
As you walk into the house through the front door you are greeted by a large hallway. To the right, you have a second hallway that leads to a large fully equipped family kitchen, with everything you need to enjoy a self- catering holiday: large American fridge/freezer, dining table and dishwasher.
Back through the hall way, at the other end of the house the snug with wide screen TV and sofa bed. The back door leads you into a large garden to the back of the house perfect for BBQ's and enjoying the views. Separate to all of this the downstairs also has a large living and dining space with large TV and DVD player - cosy up next to the wood burning stove in the living room.

Outside there is parking for up to 3 cars, and a private garden. There are 3 steps up to the garden from the parking area and a path that takes you to the front door. The property is dog friendly.
